Winemaker’s Dinner with Vignobles Brunier
A French wine called Telegraaf? Actually, the wine is Vieux Télégraphe, but it’s now available at the Telegraaf! The wine gets its name thanks to Claude Chappe, the inventor of the optical telegraph, who installed a relay towers in 1792 in what is today one of the leading Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine-producing regions in the Southern Rhone Valley. Run by the Brunier family for over a century, the vineyard’s Leo Borsi, oenologist and Cellarmaster at Vignobles Brunier, will join us at the Telegraaf on February 27. Taste a sampling of Vignobles Brunier wines and enjoy a special menu prepared by Chef Vladislav Djatšuk at our Restaurant Tchaikovsky.
